$125 registration fee

Girls Lacrosse Training at IMP Fitness is a great opportunity for any player, beginner or advanced, looking to raise their level of play. We focus on the pure fundamentals of lacrosse and use them as the main tools to improve each individual player’s skills. These fundamental skills are what help players evolve into more dynamic shooters, passers, dodgers, etc.

Campers need to bring their own stick and wear tennis shoes and lacrosse pads.
