IMP Fitness Rentals

• Turf rental – all sports
• 7,000 sq. ft. indoor turf space located in Chantilly VA accommodates all sport training. The turf space can be divided into 5 tunnels with a drill area. Two tunnels are 65' x 18' and three tunnels are 50' x 13'. The Drill Area is 14' x 36'. The tunnels have the ability to be used for hitting and pitching or a combination. Equipment: The baseball facility has state of the art equipment: Iron Mike, Pitching Machines, Target Nets and much more. All netting can be adjusted to create larger spaces. IMP Fitness offers HS and Youth camps, group/team rentals, personal instruction, sport specific physical training and much more for baseball/softball.
  
  - all tunnels can be rented individually or in combination
  - use of some equipment will cost extra (ex. - Iron Mike pitching machine/lacrosse balls)
  - tunnels must be reserved prior to using; 50% deposit required when booking.
  - Pricing can be adjusted if reserved more than 5 times.

 

Tunnel rates:

- Front tunnels 1 & 2 ( 65' x 18') -$100.00 / hr./tunnel No more than 6 players per tunnel
- Back tunnels 3,4, 5 (50' x 12') - $50.00 / hr./tunnel No more than 4 players per tunnel
- Full turf space (140’x36’) - $350/hr.

 

Addition costs:

• $10 / hr for use of Iron Mike or a pitching machine
• $3 / bucket of lacrosse balls

 

Inclement Weather Policy:
IMP baseball reserves the right to postpone any reservations due to weather. Make-up sessions will be scheduled at the earliest time and date. Make-up dates for reservations that are missed because of personal reasons will not be guaranteed.
